Hi I’m a real newbie and just started my own business with just a shoe string budget so am having to do everything myself. Being a novice with WordPress I presume I’m making an obvious mistake so appreciate any help. https://www.artofqi.co.uk
I’m using plugins Appointments and Memberships. My prepaid subscribers as set up in Memberships and shown in Appointments levels and are set to 100% discount but when they choose an appointment from calender they still get a booking form asking them to pay again at non subscribers rate even though their site recognises them as a registered user.
I can confirm their booking manually but them being asked to pay again is causing confusion. Is there a way for subscribers to get a nice message saying something like ‘Thank you “user name” for booking your appointment you will receive a confirmation.’

    Many thanks

    Paul

Problem sorted – you just need to Highlight the Levels in Appointments -Settings. I’ve spent hours trying to sort out this problem – it’s not mentioned in any of the manuals or help videos – I guess a newbie initiation experience.

    Hey pjunderwood,

Glad you managed to sort that out and sorry for the late response. Please let us know if you need additional assistance.

    Have a great weekend ??

    Best regards,
    Bojan
