Subscribers list problem

    Hi,
    I have an issue with Popup Builder. The setting was great and the newsletter plugin works on my website. But, when someone enter his email, I don’t find the email on the subscribers section. How can I fix it?

    Btw, thanks for the plugin who is very cool !

    We checked your website and found that when the form is submitted, the page is being refreshed.
    That’s why the subscribers don’t add to the list.

    There’s an additional jQuery included on your site, which is causing a conflict.
    We are using the WordPress standard jQuery for our plugin.

    Please, ask your website developer or the theme developer to fix this to resolve the problem with the popup.
