Subscribers not added to MailChimp Audience

    Hey,

    I’ve just added a new popup which displays when my website loads, though I’ve had to disable it temporarily.

    When a person subscribes to the mailing list, the new subscriber is added to the count for that campaign in mailoptin, but is not actually added to my MailChimp audience.

    I’ve added MailChimp as an integration and selected the correct mailing list within the campaign customizer settings too.

    I’m using MailChimp with a form in my footer which works fine, leading me to think the there isn’t anything wrong with the API keys I’m generating.

    Any help would be appreciated,

    The problem is you are using the free version of MailOptin and by default user have to confirm their subscription before they are added it’s called double optin

    If you upgrade to any of the paid plans you have the option to disable this behaviour.
