I solved the issue with your customer support. Order must be completed in order to sync the customer to MailerLite. You can close the issue.

We noticed that your website is using WooCommerce checkout blocks, so you need to add MailerLite Integration block to the check-out, to do that access: Pages → checkout → add MailerLite block (recommended near email), check the screenshots below:

Hi, we host @thebusinessescommunity’s website – their automation is still not working. Can you provide support please? They logged into their Mailerlite account (last week) and raised a support ticket but have not had a reply.

FYI – They use Elementor for page building.
