    Hi,

    New customers aren’t being added to the subscriber list after purchase when they check the ‘subscribe me etc’ box. It used to work.

    My settings for the plug-in are:

    Use double opt-in -Yes
    Update existing subscribers- Yes
    Replace Interest groups- No

    The Debug log has the following errors listed:

    – INFO: Form 4461 > Submitted with errors: spam
    – ERROR: Form 4461 > Mailchimp API error: 400 Bad Request. Invalid Resource.

    I can see where a couple of people have tried to add to the mailing list but not everyone who has tried to add is logged in the Debug Log.

    The API is set up and currently showing as connected.

    Please set the log to “log everything” and then test it the integration again. Does anything show up at all in the log when you do that?

    The two lines you see now in the log are not related to the integration.

    It was already set to ‘logging everything’ when I submitted my previous post. Did I post the wrong information?

    Hey @fonzifuzz,

    The errors are only related to the form with ID “4461” and not the “WooCommerce integration”.

    Can you please share a link where this form is placed so we can test it?

    Hi,

    The form is on the check-out page so I have reopened a test product so the form can be tested.

    I got an email “welcome to my mailinglist” so it seems to just work.

    It confirms this in the log: ‘WooCommerce Checkout > Successfully subscribed 60****@op***.com’

    Did the checkout process only ask you to subscribe once? I’m wondering if there is a duplicate form somewhere in the process, and one isn’t working? I had someone tick ‘yes’ for subscribing recently but they weren’t added to the mailing list. I haven’t changed any settings since that happened.

    I see 1 checkbox from our plugin, that’s the one I tested.
    I saw some drop down field as well to subscribe to the newsletter but that’s not from our plugin.
