Subscribers not being added

  • Hi,

    We are using this plugin to hopefully add buyers to your mailing list, however, it’s not working properly. When we check in the order information, we can see that the customers signed up to receive emails, however, they aren’t added to the list, and we can see in the order information that they are indeed not subscribed to the email list. As far as we can see we have done the settings correctly and we can’t see anything in the debug logs either. Is there any way to receive support for this if we don’t have anything in the debug logs?

    Thank you for the details. Could you also share your MailerLite account name and your wp website? It doesn’t need to be the email, only the account name is enough for us to start the investigation.

    Just checking this issue, could you confirm if you are also working with WPML? If so, please update your WooCommerce MailerLIte plugin to the latest version 2.1.11, which is now available, and should be fixed.
