Subscribers not being added to Mailchimp

We have added the “Mailchimp for WordPress” plugin to our WooCommerce website, as well as the “Mailchimp for WordPress – Top Bar” plugin.

Furthermore, we have integrated “Mailchimp for WordPress” with our Subscription form (which uses Gravity Forms).

However, whenever a customer signs up using the Subscription form or the Top Bar, they are not being added as a subscriber. In other words, their name does not appear on the list inside Mailchimp as a subscriber.

If anyone has any tips on what the problem might be, it would be greatly appreciated.
