    Hello Amelia,

To test this issue, I would need to look at your settings. Can you please email is at “support @mc4wp.com” with a link to this post so we can discuss further?

Hello, I’m having the same issue. I am running on different sites, each adding to a different group, but I get the message “You are already subscribed”, when I am trying to add on the second site.

If I delete myself completely from the list, it works to re-add, so the issue is coming when someone tries to signup the same address to a different group, it doesn’t update.

    Hi Rebecca,

Can you please share your website with us where we can test the form?

Sorry for the inconvenience, I misunderstood the Update Subscribers option, but reread the documentation yesterday and got it figured out, so it’s working correctly now.

    Thanks for a great plugin!

Awesome, glad it’s all working now Rebecca. Thanks for letting us know!

PS. Should you have a quick minute to spare, a plugin review here on www.ads-software.com would make us quite happy. ??

    Hey, Everyone!

I spent quite a bit of time playing around with the hidden field labels in MailChimp and in the plug-in. It’s now working, so I guess it was definitely something I was typing into the fields section of the form.

I’ve done further testing and everything seems to be working well, and subscribers can sign up for more than one content upgrade, yay! ??

Thank you for your speedy responses.
