subscribers won't deactivate

  • having trouble deactivating a subscriber

    every time i deactivate a subscriber it comes back. i tried deleting the plugin but that doesn’t work..

    i thought maybe if i start fresh… by removing the plugin that would work….

    i deactivate the plugin, then delete it…then reinstall it… when i reinstall the plugin…all the subscribers come back… why?

    i then also try to deactivate the email subscriber through the email… and it says ” Registered users can unsubscribe in their WordPress admin profile. “

    basically i am trying to remove a subscriber… this worked when i first installed the plugin…
