subscribing options

    Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions regarding subscribing options? What’s the best option to go for? I was thinking of going with Optinmonster, is that recommended?

    Final question what’s the benefit of having RSS and subscribing features on your blog? Are both advisable or just one or the other?
