Subscript and Superscript in amp

    I have used <sub>…</sub> tag to write subscript in my blog. But they appear as subscript only in non-amp version. In amp version, they show up as regular text. Is there any way to fix this issue?

    Note: I am using latest version of amp for wp and wordpress.
