What do you mean by “It is not working”?
Is there an error displayed? A JS one maybe in your browser console?

Could you please share a screencast so we can see what’s going on?

Please share as many details as possible so we can try to understand ??

it does not give any error text. just clicking the button doesn’t work.

Unfortunately we’re not able to reproduce the issue with the button. It is perfectly working on our test websites.

I think the best solution is definitely to contact us using our contact form so we can have a closer look.

As regards the fist screenshot, if you don’t see the blue circles then that’s because those users are not subscribed to this specific list ??

Yes we understand this. And we think it’s due to an incompatibility with another plugin or a Javascript issue.

We tried to reproduce the problem on our sites but we couldn’t make it.
