    I encounter a problem with the subscription and unsubscription links.
    When someone subscribes to the newsletter, he does recieve a mail and the link in the mail does open the subscription page, saying thank you for your subscription and all. But the subscription itself doesn’t work. However, everything seems to be well configured in the plugin settings. I need to validate the subscription myself in the list of subscribers.
    The same happens when someone wants to unsubscrbe. The link at the end of each newsletter opens correctly and show the page of unsubscription, but the unsubscription is not effective.
    I really don’t understand the problem, I checked all the settings several times… And I have no knoledge at all to check directly the php files.

    Thanks a lot in advance for your help, in France it’s not legal if a user can’t unsubscribe anytime he likes and it’s a real worry for me.

    Hi, I’ve just made a subscription on your site (you should find my eventualo email in your subscriber list) and I’ve got the success message: Votre abonnement à ma lettre d’information a bien été pris en compte.
    Merci beaucoup de votre intérêt pour ma petite dimension et au plaisir d’échanger avec vous !

    Please can you check if you can see my subscription properly activated?
    So the issue doesn’t seem to be general. Maybe it could be related the the device and/or browser.

    Your e-mail and name do appear in the list of subscribers, but your subscription is not activated. The problem is that when you use the link to validate your subscription, the link does display the page informing you that you were successfully subscribed, but the subscription is not really effective. It’s the same to unsubscribe. If you click on the link at the bottom of one of my newsletters, you will see the page telling you that you have been successfully unsuscribed, but you’ll remain in the list of subscribers.
    I really don’t understand the problem.

    Hi, ok, I understood. Are there any php errors in your server logs? Please ask to your provider. Maybe there could be some useful info to understand what happens.
    BTW, I’m going to make some tests in future.
