Subscription based Woocommerce shop (marketplace)

Hello,

Please can you suggest any solution for subscription based Woocommerce shop (marketplace) for physical products. I am looking for a way to vendors to pay a fee for posting some number of products per time unit (without commision). So vendor should pay for maximum number of products he can publish for a given period of time.
