SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED NEED TO RENEW

My subscription got canceled for the vault. I need to renew the card on the account, but there is no place to do this.
1.) where can I do this?
2.) When I renew, will my previous backups in the vault be available?
3. ) Is there a way to see my previous backups in the vault for the months that did get paid? If so, how can I do that? I need to restore a back up of a site and can’t seem to access it.
