Subscription Email “Read More” Issue Still Not Resolved

It has now been 7 days since you released Jetpack 13.0, which broke subscription emails. The “Read More…” link in these emails leads readers into an endless loop. When I post a blog and have several dozen people clicking on “Read More” in the first few minutes, it’s putting a heavy load on the server. I first reported this 5 days ago and several other people have reported the same issue.
It’s a royal pain to explain to users that they can just click on the title of the post and it will work the same. I have an alert on the site, but still I get 10 emails a day asking what’s going on.
Jetpack is great when it works, but it’s the one plug-in that is the most flaky so that you have to grit your teeth every time an update is released.
