I had Subscriptions set up on my website before I moved it onto another server as I switched hosts (domain name was the same), and Jetpack is connected. However, anyone who subscribed prior to that migration will not receive any emails when a new post is published but anyone who subscribed afterward will. My subscribers count remains the same, so theoretically they should still be receiving notifications. Is it possible to have this corrected so everyone is receiving the emails?

I am using the most recent version of both WordPress and Jetpack, and my website is https://canadianfirearmsblog.ca

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

I checked our logs for a few of your subscribers t random, and it seems they’ve all received a notification of your last post.

If some of your subscribers still do not receive any emails, could you contact us via this form and give us a few examples of email addresses so we can check our logs and find out more?

    Thanks!

I had previously set up one of my own email addresses before the migration and it has not received any emails from my site since. I’ve used another email address to trouble shoot this issue after the move and it is receiving emails – I confirmed this today after making a new post was published this afternoon. I will use the contact form to provide more information.
