Subscription error (403)

  • Tried using Magic Pass to log in to WordPress on my iPad but I got a message I had not seen before in a pop-up. It said: “Something went wrong. Please try to refresh this page.” with this underneath “Subscription error (403)”.

    I tried to refresh the page but kept doing the same thing. Please advise. Thank you!

    We’ve found a potential bug, but we have not confirmed it yet. We’re currently working on a new release that includes other fixes so we will add it to the list and let you know when we know something.

    We’ve just released a new plugin version with bug fixes. We recommend to do an update. If problem still occurs, please let us know.
