    Hello,

    I was using your plug in successfully for a few months, however recently I noticed a drop in new subscribers and checked the form and unfortunately it isn’t working anymore!
    When I try and use dummy information I get the error:
    Subscription Error: An error occurred, please try later.

    Any support would be really appreciated on this issue

    I’m using MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress v4.6.2.

    Hello @danb3434,

    I checked the page on your website (which has a lot of good info for this newbie carp fisher, by the way), but it looks like the form on that page is not one managed by our plugin.

    The CSS class of the form is “et_pb_newsletter_form”, perhaps that can give you a clue as to what plugin (or perhaps your theme) is managing it?

    Thanks for responding. I think I found the source of the error. Would you mind actually testing to see if it works for you, as a novice angler!!

    Hello,

    The form is still not the one created with our plugin. If the form came with your theme, I would recommend contacting their support.
