Subscription form does not show in sidebar

  • Hi,
    Sorry, you won’t be able to see the website as it is under construction.
    I’m on WordPress 5.8.3 using the Draftly theme.
    I had no problem creating the subsciption form and it previews fine.
    I add it to the sidebar without issue, but then in previewing the site, the form does not show.
    If, instead of selecting the form, I use the shortcode, I get an invalid JSON response. I don’t have any other issues with this known JSON bug at this time.
    Previous subscription form plugins tested were visible (so the site being in construction is not an issue), but I removed them for other reasons. There are no remnants in the code as I over-wrote my WP with the backups.

    Hi folks,

    I replied through your email form upon receipt of your message 3 days ago, but no response from you.
    The form still does not show in the sidebar.
    Let me know where I can send you screenshots to illustrate the problem.

    No reply from you. After 10 days hoping for support, I give up and am going to test other plug-ins.
