Subscription form not showing

    Hello, I have set up everything and received confirmations on them, and yet the sign up form is not showing, although it is visible in preview. BTW, I have a paid plan and yet it is so impossible to find any link to communicate with your support in your own site.

    I took a look at your site, and the pop-up form displayed for me as shown here:

    Please note that once you have dismissed a form, a cookie will be set so that it doesn’t display again over and over for the same user. There’s more information about this and other reasons a form may not display in the bottom section of our guide here:
