Subscription form not working / not capturing emails or redirecting properly

The form dose not appear to add subscribers to our list. I notice a button the list page that says ‘Lists and Segments subscribers counts were calculated 3 minutes ago’ dose this mean that the list are not fully up to date?

Once you fill out the subscription form it redirect to this URL that looks like this:
https://openbakery.co.uk/?mailpoet_page=subscriptions&mailpoet_router&endpoint=subscription&action=captcha&data=eyJjYXB0Y2hhX3Nlc3Npb25faWQiOiIxZ2xuMzNra3BvZjRrbzhnazBja3c4czB3b2NzMDh3dyJ9

On the page where you edit the form If select I ‘display message’ or redirect to specific page it makes not difference, it still redirects to the really long URL.

Subscribers are being added from user make a purchase though WooCommerce its just the sign up form is not working.
