Subscription is not working

    Hi,
    I use Mailpoet and Layered popups as subscription/contact form but neither of them is working. You don’t get opt-in mail. Admin doesn’t get notification mail. I see new entries in subscribers list but no mails are going out. Sending preview newsletter works. I use latest version of plugin and WordPress.

    Hey there!

    Can you try following this guide https://beta.docs.mailpoet.com/article/231-sending-does-not-work and then check the outcome of the connection test.

    Hi Jack,
    thanks for answering. This was not the case. Scheduled e-mails were running smoothly. Only (so far I have found)
    a) opt-in mail did not reach the subscriber and
    b) info about new subscriber didn’t reach the admin.
    c) new entry was on the list as “unsubscribed”

    I couldn’t fix it than to reinstall Mailpoet.
