    Hi,

    When a customer cancels an existing subscription their account is immediately downgraded to a free subscription even if the subscription they have is still active.

    Let’s say that a customer bought a yearly subscription on 01/11/2020 that expires on 31/10/2021. If he cancels this subscription on 01/12/2020 his account is downgraded to a free account even though he still has 11 more months left in his subscription. He should remain as a premium user until 31/10/2021 and he should be downgraded only then.
