Subscription key problem

Hi, I have a problem with the subscription key. It should be a valid key but when I enter it in Dashboard and try to validate I get “Error: Wrong key. Please enter correct site key and save changes to validate it.” notification. I tried to contact you via email or submit a support ticket through the website but you did not respond. I would not like to give you bad review as I’ve been using booster for quite a while and it usually delivers what’s promised but not replying to tickets or emails is kind of frustrating. At least add some kind of way to track tickets in admin area on your website. There is no way to know if you even got it.
