    Hi team,

    I was trying to test my newly setup Email Subscribers plugin however, when I try to confirm my subscription it prompts my browser with an error:

    ‘Oops.. There was some technical error. Please try again later or contact us.’

    I could setup a temporary login if you need.

    I tried replicating the issue on your site but I was successfully registered without any errors. However, This issue is generally caused by some plugin conflicts. Request you to temporarily deactivate other plugins except for Email Subscribers and have a recheck on the issue.

    If the issue still persists please contact us via this link so that we may take a closer look.

    Same on my site. I assume that the “security system” against spam is a ban from “suscpicious” IP addresses including proxies, VPN, TOR etc.

    I contacted Support that was 100% uneffective, asking to remove all other plugins, to change php version or I dono what (oh, and they even asked me my admin accees “to check” :)))) and of course kindly recommending me to purchase the paid version!

    Very bad method, so I just removed this plugin and installed a homemade one paid $50 to a Russian php coder that makes the job perfectly, with NO bugs at all, unlimited groups, captcha control, IP bans, domain names ban etc etc. I won’t advertize it here, don’t worry dear Icegram teens ??

    By the way there are on this support board for THIS plugin massive spam coming directly from the plugin coders to say “heyyy what a great plugin:, at least 20 times by day!

    No need for this one as it is already working on my end.
    I deleted the user pool and retried and it is now working.
