Subscription Not Working

  • I’ve 6 subscriptions on my website. But after the first payment, the recurring payment doesn’t work. No new orders are created for my Weekly/Monthly subscriptions.

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry but with so little information about the problem, we can’t help you.
    What payment gateway was used for the subscriptions? Please remember that only PayPal Standard is supported.
    Have you checked the logs for errors?
