This looks like the price range is created by setting the product as a variable product and then the subscription plan could be added as a variable option as well using Subscriptions (https://www.woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/?aff=10486&cid=1131038), for example. As for adding a calendar directly on the product, a third party plugin such as https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/product-delivery-date-for-woocommerce-lite/ might be what you are looking for?

If any text coming from plugins need to be changed, i.e. change delivery date to appliance purchase date, you can use a free translation plugin like Loco Translate (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/loco-translate/).?This will allow you to “translate” the plugin, find those phrases and change it to be what you’d like.
