Subscription option no longer on comment form

Last week and the week before, Jetpack notified me every single day that my website was down, and minutes later that it was back up again. This week these messages suddenly stopped, and there was an update from Jetpack. Since updating, the option to subscribe on the comment form has vanished.

I tried deactivating, deleting and reinstalling Jetpack, as per this thread, but it’s still not working.

Is this one of the changes?
