subscription options not styled in from browsers
-
The FAQ states
How does it work?
We use exactly the same technique as Feedburner – if you come in using a RSS reader, https://your-site.com/feed gives you the feed content, but if you come in via a web browser, you get a page with the subscription options (newsletter, feed links). However, when I activate this plugin and view the feed, I just see a raw xml file still.
I’ve checked in Safari on a Mac
Chrome and Firefox on a PC same resultSeparately, where are email subscribers saved with this plugin? I see nothing in the plugin’s settings page. Subscribers do not show up anywhere else in WordPress that I can see.
The plugin mentions and ‘export’ option, but it doesn’t mention whether or not that is for exporting an old list in before turning this on, or exporting the list that this creates after its been running a while.
I don’t really care about the export option, but it insinuates that I’d be able to see a list somewhere. Ergo, can’t export what isn’t there or can’t export what you cannot see?
I visited the folio vision support forums as well and found nothing that mentioned these issues either, found no better explanation of how to use this plugin either.
I realize it is a new plugin, and I’m sharing these last points hoping that the documentation will be improved a bit to better set expectations and avoid confusion for others.
