Subscription paid, but plugin not renewed

Hi. Where do I find a direct contact for paid plugins please? I have just paid for cleantalk, but it’s still telling me on my dashboard that the subscription needs to be renewed. I also have not received and renewal confirmation, but I did receive the paypal receipt for the payment I made.
