Subscription payment failed

The Klarna logs show that the recurring customer token is missing from the request:
path: /customer-token/v1/tokens//order
the recurring token is expected after ‘tokens/’ and before ‘/order’ in the above path per https://developers.klarna.com/api/#customer-token-api-create-a-new-order-using-the-customer-token

(thank you for including the correlation_id so I could find this in our logs)

Please review the subscription order in your Woo store and verify that Klarna recurring token is set, as documented at: https://docs.krokedil.com/article/145-klarna-checkout-recurring-payments#h-H2_4

There are multiple reasons why the recurring token could be missing from a Woo subscription order, e.g. the original subscription order wasn’t originally placed using Klarna as a payment method. If you need further help debugging this issue, additional information will be needed from your Woo subscription order, and you can open a support case at [email protected] for direct help.
