    Hello,

    Currently exploring and don’t well understand how to create a Subscription form for a Charity.

    I understand I need to create a new item as described here but what next? What is the logic here?

    What is the relation between items and forms?
    How to edit the form fields for Items?

    Sorry but I’m a bit lost…

    Hi John

    Payment forms are used to sell GetPaid items.

    Create a new payment form then click on the “Item totals will appear. Click to set items.” text and select the recurring item that you’ve created.

    – Does the Help text below Pay Now support HTML?
    How to add links to Terms page?

    – When a visitor checks out and pays, what happens next?
    His submitted data go both to Customers and Subscriptions sections?

    Hi John,

    The help texts do allow HTML and you can manually enter the HTML to link to your terms page.

    When someone checks out and pays, an invoice, a user account, and a subscription will be created for them.
