    I have installed MailPoet 3 days ago. I have not received the envisaged query with 3 questions and thus my account is still pending approval.
    Could you please help?

    Hi @brifrie,

    I can confirm your subscription has been approved already.

    If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.
