Yes that is the current model. $100 minimum charge. Though, the free option is quite spacious. If you still feel you need the premium option, I suggest you shoot an email to [email protected] to see if they can help you with a more suitable option.

Thanks for the reply and confirmation on the pricing model. Even though there is a free plan I’m really hesitant to jump into that. My reasoning is this… If I have my site utilizing the free plan, but then cross the threshold, I would then face either a sudden $100/mo minimum charge or, additional changes and work on my site to remove ImageEngine and find another service.

Yes, feedback makes total sense. If you cross the threshold, you images will still be served. But you’ll get a friendly reminder that you’re above limit and of course a recommendation to upgrade. The next month you’ll start at 0 again.

The theme you are using (Ibuki) is not HTML5 compatible so this is a theme-related issue as your theme must support HTML5.
