Hi, is it a feature or a bug that WooCommerce subscriptions products do not get synced to Google Merchant.

Do we have to add those products manually in Google Merchant?

  • Hey there, @gerdneumann! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Google does support subscription products if they meet the criteria.

You can find more about this in this guide.

If your subscriptions meet the criteria and are still not being synced, please let us know so we can assist you further.

Which subscription plugin are you currently using?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

It is a monthly subscription. We use WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin for our non-software subscription product. We can switch to an official Woo Support channel if you prefer.

    Hi @gerdneumann,

    It is a monthly subscription

From Google’s documentation, they require subscriptions to be yearly:

It must be available in prepaid, 12-month (yearly) increments with a duration of at least 1 year.

We use WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin for our non-software subscription product. We can switch to an official Woo Support channel if you prefer.

Since this relates to a premium extension, you can always get in touch with us directly via [Woo.com → My Account → Support].

You will need to log in to the account used to purchase the extension before you can access that page. As per the [forum guidelines], no support for premium extensions is provided here, but we will be happy to assist you from there.

    Thanks!
