• Hi there,

    We are currently experiencing issues with all subscription renewals. They all say ‘on hold’ and we cannot find any record of these within Stripe, our payment provider. We did briefly disable Stripe and reenable it during some development works but wondering how we can process these orders and collect payment/ensure this issue is resolved for all future renewals.

    Please can we have some help urgently with this?
