    Hi, I would like to know if it’s possible to start a subscription on January 1st, 2023 even if the user registered on a different date. I need all users to have a subscription from January 1st, 2023 to January 1st, 2024. Is it possible to do this? Thank you very much for your help.

    Hello,

    I understood your request that you want each member’s plan assign date to get started from the 1st January of the year, if so, then unfortunately, it will not be possible to set the start date automatically to the 1st January of the year while purchasing the membership plan.
    But, ARMember does provide a facility to assign the membership plans manually from “ARMember -> Manage Members -> Add/Edit Member”, from here, while adding a new membership plan, you can set the Start date of the plan manually according to your requirement.

    Please check accordingly and let me know if there is anything else.

    Hi!, from the option to edit member, I can’t change the start date of the subscription. First, I have to select another plan because the active plan doesn’t allow changing the date. First, I change the plan and the date, and then I switch back to the annual plan starting on January 1, 2023, but the start date doesn’t change.

    Hello,

    I have checked the attached screenshot and understood your concern and accordingly I tried to check the issue at our local server by first assigning a subscription plan with the current date (default), later on I changed the plan to free membership plan, and then again I changed the plan to “Subscription” with the different Start Date, and the Plan was assigned to the member with the date as set while assigning membership plan. So there was no issue found.

    Also, if you are using an Old version of ARMember lite plugin, then kindly update the plugin to its latest version 4.0 and check again.
