    Hi there,

    I’ve got a question, my developer noticed something isn’t working properly.

    A customer didnt pay his recurring payment with a Credit Card… That means if the settings are okay, the subscription should change its status to” ”Suspended” for 7 days and then go to ”Canceled”. However the subscription is still on ”áctive”. even after 7 days (9 days has passed). 

    Is there something wrong with the settings? Or can I give my developer some code to fix this?
