I have a problem with that the subscriptions now and then end up in the trash even if they never got to the status Mail sent.

Also, i have not checked the “Enable auto delete”.

So why are the posts in the trash? It seams that it happens in “bulk” after a longer period.. then it works for a period.. and later same thing again.

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

We tested your reported issue, but unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce it on our end.

We suggest you deactivate all other plugins (temporarily) except “WooCommerce,” and “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce,” to see if it works properly. Sometimes this issue may arise due to a conflict between different plugins.

Please let us know if you or any of your developers/webmasters add any custom code to your theme’s functions.php that relates to transient_post_status.

    Thanks.

    Thank you for the reply.

Its a bit hard for me to test because it happen so long time apart, maybe 3-4 weeks (1 month?).

But it got to be a bug in the code somehow? Shouldnt only subscriptions thats marked as “Mail sent” be deleted in the cron jobs? For me its subscriptions of the status “Subscribed” thats put in trash. That got to be a bug!?

    Hello there,

We delete entries only when the option “Enable Auto Delete” is enabled and with the following statuses: MAIL SENT, UNSUBSCRIBED, and PURCHASED.

In addition, posts are deleted using the “wp_delete_post” function with the “true” parameter, so that the post will be permanently deleted and will not be moved to the trash, and the SUBSCRIBED status will not be affected.

We suggest you temporarily deactivate all other plugins except “WooCommerce” and “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce” to see if it works properly. Sometimes this issue may arise due to a conflict between different plugins.

    Thanks.
