Subscriptions Issue

Hi,

First, I really like this plugin; great job with it.

My problem is with using subscriptions. If I have subscriptions in the cart, the gift card is applied to each billing period and not just once. So, for example, if I have an item that is billed every month for 12 month and a $10 gift card is applied, the $10 discount is applied to all 12 payments instead of just the first, so the gift card is actually worth $120 is this case. This is compounded if there are multiple subscription items because the gift card is applied to every payment period for all of the subscriptions.

Is there some workaround for this? I love the functionality of the plugin and would like to be able to use it if at all possible.
