Subscriptions not synching after bulk user update

Hello, I am using the Mailjet plugin, and I’ve done the following.

I’ve bulk edited with wp all import the field subscription to newsletter that each user has.

After this I realized that the users are not synching with mailjet.

I realized that only if I entered each of the users and saved, this would trigger the synching with mailjet.

I am wondering if there is a way to sync the list without having to resave all users one by one, so that the subscription state reflects in mailjet.
