    After the latest update of your plugin, all WooCommerce Subscriptions are being set to On Hold only with PayPal payments (not happening with Stripe payment plugin). The logs show this – pending to on hold, then completed, then On Hold again. Why???

    • Payment status marked complete. March 27, 2023 at 7:17 am
    • Status changed from Pending to On hold.

    Hello @nelsonleemiller

    To learn more about these orders, we would be interested in your plugin log files. These log files are only written when “Logging” is enabled in the plugin settings.
    If enabled, then every transaction will create a log entry that can be accessed from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view. 

    If “Logging” was not yet enabled, could you please enable it and then try to create an order so that the error message is saved?

    Okay I sent a message with the logs. We also noticed the ones that I found are all PayPal (not happening with Stripe) and have that “Subscription set to Manual Renewal because payment method was not saved at PayPal”
