Subscruption Widget and Page does not show!

About the form error when trying to subscribe (Error during operation), I looked at the browser console and I found that the ajax url is properly loaded (even if your wp-admin folder was moved inside a subfolder /blog). At this moment I don’t know if the moved wp-admin can have unexpected effects that affect ajax operations.
Otherwise, the issue could be caused by another plugin. You can try disabline one plugin per time and see if it works.
