Subset domains of the Main Domains

I sell a class of products (consisting of 3 types: Apple,Berry,Corn)
Say my main URL is https://www.class.com
In my main URL, I would put these 3 types on the main menu. There will be a submenu which will categorie the Type by the supplier country.

To show specialisation of type Apple, I want to have another URL called https://www.apple.com that will only talk about Apple. The info/supplier catergory of apple would be same data from the main domain (www.class.com). This is to save time/effort in re-doing a new blog again.

How can I achieve this in the cheapest/time-consuming/effective way?

Will there be problem with SEO issue?
