Subsites do not load

  • I recently installed the WPML plugin, so that the page is multilingual. Before the installation, everything worked fine and fluently when I switched between the pages. After installation when I tried to test the functionality of WPML, the page is not able to load the other sites anymore, except when I write the name of the page (e.G. About) in the URL. But I want that the user is able to switch between the sites via the navigator, not by the URL.

    How do I fix this issue? Is the page overload by the plugins I used, do I need addionally plugins that maintain this?

    Plugins that the webpag uses: whole WPML plugins, Contact Form 7, Qode Instagram/ LayerSlider/ Twitter, BuddyPress, Wp Bakery Builder.
