Subsriber without list mark as unsubscribed

    Hello,

    i getting new subscriber for customer who subscribed through woocommerce by checking one check box. I have tested and if they do not check the box, they will not appears in MailPoet. If you check, you appears in the list as Not confirmed within the list woocommerce.

    i have however many customer in my list but without list (no WooCommerce) and mark as unsubscribed. I have not made my first newsletter and i think that this is not possible yet to unsucribe!

    What is strange is that i can have a subscriber without list…

    any idea?

    I’m not quite sure if I understand the problem. Do you mean in MailPoet > Subscribers you see people status as unsubscribed who are your WooCommerce customers?

    If that is correct and you want to change their status to subscribed, go to MailPoet > Settings > WooCommerce tab:

    By checking the “Subscribe old WooCommerce customers” option, customers will be listed as “Subscribed”. Then go to?MailPoet > Lists?and force sync the WooCommerce Customers list.
