Subtitle for products

    Hi,
    does anyone by chance know how to add a subtitle to the products(to be displayed on category listings as well as single product pages just below the title)?

  • Hey,
    There isn’t really an option for this in the woocommerce and the theme doesn’t build it so you would have to use a child theme and code this kind of thing in. Woocommerce does have action hooks to make this possible with custom functions in a child theme but you also need to meta field for the subtitle so you would need to add a new meta field in wordpress for products.

    Unless you know a coding well I would suggest contacting woocommerce. It’s possible someone has built a plugin that does this or something similar. I personally can’t think of one that I know.

    I found a subtitle plugin that is working. Thank you though.
