Subtitle not showing, logo not aligning

  • Hi there,
    I’ve just installed Kadence, but having a couple of problems:

    1. The subtitle doesn’t appear, and the body text is the default WooCommerce one, rather than the one on the Email Type and Text tab

    2. The header image image align setting doesn’t work — the image remains centred whatever is selected.

    Additionally, there are a number of other settings to which the design seems unresponsive. Any advice would be appreciated.

  • 1. That sounds like you are overriding the email templates either through your theme or another plugin.

    2. ^ Same.

    I suggest you try using a standard theme and deactivating plguins to test.

    Thanks for getting back to me, Ben. I’m was using the hello elementor theme. I switched from that to WP Ocean, and now it seems to be working fine. Thank you.

    I don’t believe hello theme overrides any templates so more likely you’ve copied templates (even accidentally) into the theme through woocommerce > settings > emails.

    If you reinstall hello I would bet that works.
