subtitles not available

    Recently, I have made different changes to my WP site:
    WP has been upgraded to latest version
    Your plugin has been upgraded to latest version
    I switched from HTTP to HTTPS
    I switched from PHP 5.4 to PHP 7
    Everything works fine on my site, except subtitles which are no longer displayed. Here is the page where I use your plugin:

    And here is the shortcode I use, which was working fine before all these updates:

    Please tell me what’s wrong, thanks in advance.

    Hey Eric,

    I viewed the page today and I was able to see the English, French, and Chinese subtitles and switching between them seemed fine.

    I apologize for the late reply but were you able to track down what the problem was since everything seems OK now?

    I agree, it’s working again, and I have changed nothing. weird…
    But it works, so just close this, and thanks for feedback anyway.
